Walking…it does a body good

Start Walking
Walking is a great way to get the exercise you need! No fancy equipment necessary! It’s a good idea to start out in short sessions of ten minutes twice a day and gradually build up to longer sessions over a period of three weeks. Opt for a dirt path or asphalt to start, since pavement is ten times harder. Try to keep up a comfortable pace without thinking about speed at first.
